1. Introduction
Welcome to KinderByte. By accessing or using our nursery management software, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Our platform is designed to streamline administrative tasks for early years educators while ensuring the highest standards of data security and professional integrity.
If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
2. Use of Service
Permitted Use
Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the KinderByte platform strictly for the management of child records, staff scheduling, and parent communication within their registered nursery establishment.
Restrictions
You shall not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our platform. Any unauthorized commercial use or resale of the service is strictly prohibited.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for restricting access to your computer or mobile device.
You must notify KinderByte immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
User accounts must be associated with a valid institutional email address and verified identity.
4. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of KinderByte Ltd and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.
5. Pricing and Payments
Subscriptions
Billed monthly under the selected KinderByte tier: Silver, Gold, or Platinum.
Taxes
All prices are exclusive of VAT or local sales taxes unless stated otherwise.
Refunds
The Free Starter Pack provides 14 days of demo access before choosing a paid monthly plan.
6. Limitation of Liability
"In no event shall KinderByte, nor its directors, employees, partners, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the service."
